Saturday afternoon – singles (may run into Sunday if needed)
Sunday – mixed doubles
Event Information
- All players starting at 9am to be there by 8.30am.
- Games to start at 9am OR BEFORE if players are warmed up and ready to go!
- If you have a later starting time, please be there at least 15 minutes before your games start. Later starting times are indicative only as organisers don’t have a crystal ball!!
- ALL PLAYERS TO REPORT TO THE SCORING DESK TO PAY AND LET THE TOURNAMENT ORGANISERS KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED. THIS IS NEEDED BOTH DAYS.
- We have a heap of games to get through, so anything we can do to keep things moving will help! No more than 3min warm up before games.
- Score sheets will say what the games are to be played to. It will be 11 or 15 and always win by 2.
- Your schedule may say “Court 3 then Court 4″…..this means that another division MAY finish earlier than yours and one of their courts MAY be available.
- Please check with that division before commencing games on your additional courts.
Cost
$10 for one event
$5 for extra events
All fees to be paid on the day.
